Reporting a copyright problem
Send your notice to our Copyright Agent. Under the US Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)), it needs to include:
- Your physical or electronic signature, or that of someone allowed to act for you.
- The work you believe was copied.
- Where the copy is, with a link if possible.
- How to reach you: name, email and phone number.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not allowed by you, your agent or the law.
- A statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you own the right or may act for its owner.
If your material was removed by mistake
You can send a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. 512(g). Include:
- Your signature, name, address and phone number.
- What was removed and where it was.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the United States, any district where KHESF may be found), and that you will accept service from the person who sent the original notice.
Repeat infringement
Accounts that infringe again and again will be closed.
