SUHUSH (suhush.com) is part of the KHESF family. Operated by the founder of KHESF; entity details will be published at launch.
These terms are the ground rules for using this site today, while SUHUSH is still being built. We wrote them to be read, not skimmed. If they do not work for you, please do not use the site.
1. What exists today
Right now this site shows what we are building and lets you join a waitlist or write to us. Nothing here is a live service yet, and nothing can be bought. When SUHUSH launches, the service will come with its own full terms, and we will tell everyone on the waitlist before they take effect.
2. Who may use the site
You need to be at least 13 years old. If you write to us for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to speak for it.
3. What you send us
When you join the waitlist or use the contact form, keep it honest and keep it yours: a real email address, and nothing you have no right to share. We use what you send only to answer you and to tell you about SUHUSH. Our Privacy Policy explains the rest.
4. Fair use of the site
Use the site the way it is meant to be used. Do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it at scale, or use it to reach other people who did not ask to hear from you. Our Acceptable Use Policy lists what is off limits.
5. Founding-member offer
Founding-member offer: the first 100 waitlist sign-ups per service who activate a paid plan at launch keep 50% off that plan's standard price for as long as the account stays active and in good standing. One per person or organization; not transferable.
- Places are counted in the order sign-ups reach us, separately for GUDEGA, SUHUSH and AMARUTU.
- Prices are not set yet. The discount applies to the standard price of the plan you choose at launch, and it does not combine with other discounts unless we say so.
- If an account is closed, or suspended for breaking these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, the discount ends with it.
6. Names and work that belong to KHESF
The KHESF, GUDEGA, SUHUSH and AMARUTU names, the site design, its images and its words belong to KHESF. You may link to us and quote us fairly. Please do not copy the site or present our names as your own.
7. No promises yet
Because nothing here is live, the site is offered as it is, without warranties. Plans, features and dates may change before launch. To the extent the law allows, KHESF is not responsible for losses that come from using, or being unable to use, this preview site.
8. Changes
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. Big changes will also be sent to the waitlist.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii.
