SUHUSH (suhush.com) is part of the KHESF family. Operated by the founder of KHESF; entity details will be published at launch.

We would rather hold less about you than protect more. This page says exactly what this site keeps today.

What we keep

• Waitlist: your email address, the site you joined from, and the time you joined. That time decides founding-member places.
• Contact form: your name, email address and message.
• Basic request logs: the technical details any web server sees, such as IP address, browser type and time of the request. They are used to keep the site running and safe.

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising profiles or third-party analytics that follow you around the web.

Why we keep it

• To answer you.
• To tell you when SUHUSH opens, and about the founding-member offer, because you asked.
• To keep the site working and stop abuse.

Where laws such as the GDPR ask for a legal basis, we rely on your consent for the waitlist, and on our legitimate interest in answering messages and keeping the site safe.

Who else sees it

Only the services that run this site for us, such as hosting and database providers, and only to do that job. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

How long we keep it

Waitlist entries stay until launch or until you ask us to remove them. Messages stay for as long as we need them to help you. The Data Retention page has the details.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct, export or delete what we hold about you, or to stop using it. Write to launch@khesf.com and we will reply. These rights follow the laws that apply to you, including:

• California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA)
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
• UK Data Protection Act 2018

Children

This site is not meant for children under 13, or under 16 in the EU and UK. If a child has sent us details, tell us and we will delete them.

Keeping it safe

We use encrypted connections and limit who can reach stored data. No system is perfect, and if something goes wrong that affects you, we will tell you.
